As the Law Director, Mr. Conard and Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. are the chief legal advisor(s) to the City of Huber Heights to:

Mr. Conard and Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. oversee all of the City's legal proceedings and legal representation, both civil and criminal. Mr. Conard and Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. also work with special legal counsel, outside legal counsel, City prosecutors, and public defender commissions to meet the legal needs and requirements of the City.
