Child Identification Program
The Huber Heights Police Department provides custom designed information packets which include child identification kits as well as educational booklet, "Billy's Safe Adventure", which allows parents to sit down and talk about the topic of child abduction and the prevention thereof.
Concentrating On Positive Stuff Program
COPS (Concentrating On Positive Stuff) is a program focused on issues such as school bullying and drug and alcohol abuse.
Police Explorer Program
The HHPD Explorers is designed to help prepare students between the ages of 15 and 20 for a career in law enforcement.
Safety Patrol Program
The Huber Heights Police Department, in conjunction with the Huber Heights City Schools, teaches a group of students from each school how to take part in Safety Patrol.
School Resource Officer
The Huber Heights Police Department and Huber Heights City Schools formed a partnership which birthed the School Resource Program in Huber Heights.
Stranger Danger Program
The Stranger Danger Program is a 45 minute presentation that teaches children about the dangers of encountering people they do not know and how they should handle such a situation.
Safety Town is a week-long interactive and educational experience for children entering kindergarten in the Huber Heights City School District.
