What are the hours of the Huber Heights Police Division?

The Huber Heights Police Division is available to respond to calls for service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  The Administrative Offices are open from 7am until 4pm.  The Records Section is open from 7:30am until 3:30pm.  (Administrative Offices and Records are closed some holidays.)

If you desire police assistance regarding a call for service, please call our dispatch center at (937) 233-2080 for non-emergency’s.  All emergencies please call 9-1-1.  (Please do not leave a message on our Facebook page or leave a message on the tip line requesting police assistance for a call for service, because neither are monitored 24 hours a day.)

If you have administrative needs or have a records inquiry, please call (937) 233-1565 during business hours.

How do I get a copy of a report or file a public records request?

If you should wish a copy of a police record, please contact our Records Section at 233-1565 between the hours of 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The office is closed weekends and most recognized holidays.

You may also stop by and speak with our Records personnel. They will be happy to assist you.

How can I pick up property/evidence when it is available for release?

You must make an appointment with the property room manager by calling 937-237-3575. You must be on time, or call to cancel if you cannot make your appointment!

What is the purpose of the tip line 937-237-3605?

The tip line is not monitored 24hours a day and should not be called when needing a call for service or with general questions.  The tip line is for the purpose of leaving information about criminal activity and wanted persons that do not require immediate action.  You can leave your information or you can choose to remain anonymous.
