The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruiting and retaining a high performing and diverse workforce and fosters a healthy, safe, and productive work environment for employees and their families. Our goal is to value, encourage and support a diverse workforce; champion career and personal growth to provide the highest level of service to our community. The Human Resources Department also is responsible for administering the City’s compensation plan and benefits for all employees; risk management and labor relations.
The City’s workforce consists of eight departments, nine divisions with approximately 180 regular full-time and part-time employees; and approximately 100 seasonal employees working at the Rose Music Center.
