Veterans Memorial Military Honors Program
Memorial Paver Program
The program was created for residents to pay tribute to and honor family members who are active military service personnel, veterans, or have sacrificed their life while serving.
Paver designations are for military veterans only. The qualifications to verify military status, the following resources are available:

Paver orders will be accepted on an annual basis, with the deadline to order on July 31st of each calendar year. They will then be placed in the ground of the designated pathway of the Huber Heights Veterans Memorial at Tom Cloud Park. They will be installed by the following Veterans Day of the same calendar year or as resources allow. All paver placements and final accepted wording will be at the discretion of the city administration. For conformity, the city will purchase and install all pavers.
Replacement of a damaged paver will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If a brick becomes severely damaged and the purchaser cannot be located, the paver may be removed and replaced.
Personalized engraved or etching will be covered in the fee of the brick, which will be $125.00 per brick. This figure may be adjusted to cover any costs. The engraving/etching shall include veterans name, service, and dates only. Any exception to this would be at the discretion of the city administration.

Memorial Bench Program
The Veterans Memorial at Thomas A. Cloud Park was designed to include a meandering pathway. This pathway is to be used for custom memorial benches made of stone or concrete material. This program is available to the public. Benches are purchased by the individual and must be installed by the memorial provider. The fee is $500 for this program and includes the installation of a cement footer for the memorial to sit upon.
All benches must be pre-approved by the Parks Manager. DO NOT order your bench without first sending a proof to the Parks Manager. Images may be uploaded with your application or email to sforsythe@hhoh.org. It is recommended to reach out to the Parks Manager early in your shopping and planning process to ensure placement and installation are well coordinated.
