Due to surface air temperatures, the Kroger Aquatic Center will NOT be opening today (5/24) and may not open later next week. Pool Management also stated the current water temps were only 60 degrees yesterday.

Pool Closing Policy
Management reserves the right to close the Kroger Aquatic Center at The Heights with no refunds to the patron for the following reasons:
• Inclement weather.
• Air temperature below 72° at the time of opening.
• Low attendance-Less than 25 Patrons during any one-hour period. Patrons will be provided a one-hour notice that the facility will be closing.
• Water contamination (i.e. fecal accidents, etc.).
• Maintenance issues.
