The fall Community Wide Garage Sale will be September 12-15 and sign-ups begin TODAY (8/1/24).
The City holds a Community Wide Garage Sale two times per year on the second full weekend (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) of June and of September (revised 3.27.2023). Hours of sales are 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. During these times, residents can have a sale without obtaining a permit. Anyone from surrounding communities is welcome to come and shop, but we only publish a participant list of Huber Heights addresses. Huber Heights residents may choose to participate any or all days of each Community Wide Garage Sale. Please remember that you can put a sign on YOUR property only. Garage/yard/temporary sale signs are not permitted to be placed on traffic signs, telephone poles, or objects in the public right-of-way (ORC 1181.15).
To sign up and have your address shared on the published list complete this form (signups begin May 1 & August 1).
The deadline to sign up is Monday, September 9 at 5p. The list will be published the day before the start of the sale. No addresses will be added after the deadline.
