The New Carlisle Pike Closure from Taylorsville Road to State Route 4/State Route 235 will continue to be closed to traffic for 4 additional weeks. This extends the project deadline of December 22, 2023 to January 19, 2024. New Carlisle Pike has been closed since November 9, 2023 in order to install a sanitary sewer line as part of the East Sanitary Sewer Extension Project. Bellefontaine Road will continue to be used as a detour for this project. Local traffic will be maintained.
