Due to recent issues accessing the billing software, the City of Huber Heights Water Division (Veolia) has been unable to read water meters or mail out water bills throughout the month of November. The current bill that residents are now receiving are estimates based on previous usage.
Here's the important information to please note:
💧 If you received a bill in November the next bill you receive will be for one month of service.
💧 If you did not receive a bill in November your bill will be a two-month bill. All those receiving a two-month bill will see a prior balance on their account, as it is a two-month bill. However, no penalty will be assessed and it will not affect your credit in any way.
💧 IF you are an autopay customer your payment will NOT be automatically withdrawn as that service is still not up and running yet.
