HUBER HEIGHTS CHARTS BOLD FUTURE: 2025 STATE OF THE CITY ADDRESS SET FOR JUNE 9

HUBER HEIGHTS, OH - From booming development to major infrastructure upgrades, the City of Huber Heights is setting the stage for an ambitious future. On Monday, June 9 at 6:00 PM, Mayor Jeff Gore will deliver the 2025 State of the City Address at City Hall (6131 Taylorsville Road) - a key moment to outline the City’s progress and vision.

In a year marked by growth and revitalization, Mayor Gore will reflect on the City’s notable accomplishments, introduce major projects currently underway, and highlight what lies ahead for residents and local businesses. The address is open to the public and designed to engage the community in the City’s forward momentum.

 What to Expect at the 2025 Address:

 Updates on transformational projects, including Buc-ee’s, the Richard F. Shomper Governance Center, and the new Public Works Facility

  • News on more than 1,700 housing units in progress or approved across new communities
  • Reports on public safety investments, with over 45,000 emergency calls handled in 2024
  • Highlights from a $1.5M street and curb improvement program and other infrastructure initiatives
  • A look at fiscal stability milestones, including the City’s 30th consecutive financial reporting award

“This isn’t just an annual update - it’s a window into the heartbeat of Huber Heights,” said Mayor Gore. “We’re growing stronger every year, and the residents, businesses, and leadership behind that growth deserve to see where we’re headed.”
