Farmers Market Application and Guidelines

  2. The Eichelberger Amphitheater (8625 Brandt Pike) is home to the Farmers Market at The Heights on Saturdays, May through October, from 10 AM until 2 PM.

    Food Truck Vendors - Food Trucks are $25 per day. There is no full season option. You must provide operating license (Contact your County) and certificate of insurance. Electric may not always be available. All Food Trucks are subject to inspection by the Huber Heights Fire Division.     2023 Daily Vendors - There are a limited number of daily vendor spots available. Booth location is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and preference is given to full-season vendors. Daily vendors must pay their deposit ($50) and daily fees for each day ($20/day) no later than 72 hours prior to your first day, no exceptions. Daily vendors are strongly encouraged to be present at least once per month.

    Full-Season Vendors (app closed 5/30/23) - Full-season vendor dates are from May 6 - October 28. There will be no market on June 24, July 1 and September 9. If you exceed 4 absences or withdraw from your market commitment at any time during the season, your deposit will be forfeited. Booth location is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Full-season vendors must pay their deposit ($50) and full-season vendor fee ($75) before May 6, 2023.

    I have reviewed and read the Farmers Market at The Heights Rules and Guidelines agree. I understand that failure to follow the Rules and Guidelines may mean exclusion from the market. I understand that failure to abide by the attendance policy will result in the forfeiture of my deposit. By participating in the Farmers Market, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold the City, its elected and appointed officials, officers, employees, volunteers, board members, agents and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, administrative proceedings, judgments, damages, punitive damages, penalties, fines and costs that arise directly or indirectly from or in connection with my use of the Premises, breach of the agreement, and/or any violation of governmental or insurance requirements of vendor, provided that such indemnity shall not extend to matters that arise out of the gross negligence or willful acts of the City.
