BackgroundVarious Individuals Enjoying a Dance Activity at the Huber Heights Senior Center

In 2009 the Huber Heights Senior Center celebrated with an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony to accept additional square footage. The expansion of the facility has been vital in the growth, there are currently over 700 members.

There are many people who make the organization a success. The City of Huber Heights owns and maintains the building. Operational tasks are directed by an elected Board of Trustees, while staffing is made up of one City Program Coordinator and volunteers.

Membership

New members are welcome anytime! Requirements for membership are seniors must be at least fifty, however younger spouses are also welcome to join. Honorary Membership is available for those who turn 90 by March 1st. There is no charge for Honorary Membership.

Interested seniors are permitted and encouraged to visit three times before joining. Dues are $20 per year and due renewal is every January.
