James Borland - Director of Public Safety

James Borland was appointed the Director of Public Safety in October 2008. He has worked in Public Safety for the past 25 years. Prior to his appointment as Director of Public Safety he served the City of Huber Heights as Chief of Police.

The Public Safety Department is made up of the Police Division and the Fire Division. The Public Safety Director also has management oversight of the Public Works Department, Building and Grounds Division and the IT Division.
